Cooperative Ambassadors are passionate supporters who help spread the vision of community ownership, food access, and economic empowerment. As an ambassador, you become a voice for the cooperative and help build a movement that ensures healthy food and shared prosperity for our South Side communities.
1. Become a Member Owner
The first step to becoming an ambassador is becoming a member-owner of Southside Food Co-op. Membership demonstrates your commitment to cooperative ownership and gives you a voice in shaping the future of our store.
2. Learn the Co-op Story
Ambassadors should be familiar with the mission and vision of the cooperative. This includes understanding:

3. Attend Ambassador Orientation
Participate in an orientation session where you will learn:
